If there has been any damage to your purchase during shipping, please notify me immediately, with receipt of purchase, tracking number & photograph of damaged goods.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs & these will be refunded once item is inspected & deemed to be faulty.
Any refunds will not be given where damage has been caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

We cannot give refunds on earrings or any other piercing products.
Once your return has been received & inspected I will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item & let you know of processing of refund if applicable.
